As a seasoned executive assistant with over 20 years in the field I am accomplished and respected. I have an extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence and budgets. Having held positions in the legal, marketing and education business fields, I am able to tailor my skills to meet the needs of my various clients.
I am the President/CEO of Etcetera Assistant, LLC established in Michigan in 2009. Etcetera Assistant provides personal and virtual assistance to individuals and businesses looking to become more productive while achieving their business goals and within budget. Etcetera Assistant primarily engages in providing specialized legal, paralegal services and operating advice on management consulting services. We provide services in administrative, new business start-up, compliancy, financial planning and budgeting, business process improvement, records management and logistics management. While consulting for profit, nonprofit and government entities in the areas of business, real estate and community development, Etcetera Assistant is a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Wayne County’s Fair Employment Practices Resolution Certified and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certified for government contracts.
While working the family business, I was part of the project management team for the 1.8 billion district Detroit development while employed with Diggs Group Heritage. Prior to that I was employed at Wayne County Community College District and continued to increase my skillset as an assistant project manager.
I am a state of Michigan licensed insurance producer, travel agent & full time commissioned mobile, remote, and notary signing agent for individuals and businesses. A graduate from Detroit Mackenzie High School, I have earned an office of administrative technology degree and paralegal associate degree from Wayne County Community College, completed the women entreprenurship business certification from Cornell University and served on numerous non-profit business and civic boards throughout Southeast Michigan. With a passion for helping others and giving back to the Amazing Women Network, Mackenzie High School Alumni Association, Michigan Notaries Unite & American Lung Association to name a few, I share her knowledge, my story and my skills with everyone. I am also a member of NAACP, Optimist International and National Notary Association. Influential men my her life outside of blood are Charles Diggs III, Marlton Lee, and Troy Walker. Matriarchs of my family are Maragret Moore who is 92 years young and Juanita Diggs who is 95 years young; while her heartbeat beats because of Sade' & Nicholas. My interests including dancing, traveling which includes soaking up the sun with a 5 year old and a shi'tzu while listening to rhythm and blues while drinking flavored lemonades, teas and banging pots & pans in the kitchen.
